Hi Helen, I found a business card for this guy in a drawer the other day - he is on the Suffolk/Norfolk border and has a website: http://www.studioamps.co.uk/
He *might* be behind the new guitar shop in Diss, which has a similar name? Just guessing…
You're not going mad, there was an advert, but he withdrew it a few months ago. I hope someone comes along with an offer! If not, why not write to the magazine asking for recommendations?

I remember reading an advert in the stradbroke monthly of a guitar teacher locally, but can not find the said ad. Does anyone remember or am I going mad?
Could try asking Marty Norris? I know he does computers, not sure about PS2's tho. He's on here, if you look in the members list :-)
As the title sayes, does anybody in the village repair ps2's that don't charge an arm or a leg to repair. It is not reading the disc and to send it away will cost me upwards of £30-£60. Help anybody?

- Have u tried the computer stores in Diss? There's 121 computers on Victoria Rd, and is there a 'purple and silver' shop... Ulric Computers or something similar? Thats all I can think of!

- Hi Helen! Welcome to the new Stradbroke Website!
A really nice feature of this new website is that you can customise your own information page! When you 'sign in' you might notice the menu at the top of the page changes and a new item called 'My Page' appears. This is what it says - a page for you!
You can change the 'theme' (colours and patterns) for your page very easily (look at the menu on the left).
Your 'My Page' is good place to put a little information about yourself - eg your family history research or village interests so other members can see it, and maybe share info with you! This is also the page where you can share photographs too - it would be lovely to see pictures of the village for example, old or new!
Have a play with it and have a look at what others have done with their 'My Page' by clicking on 'Members' in the menu!
Most of all though, 'Welcome' we're pleased you've joined and hope you find the site enjoyable.
