PARISH COUNCIL MEETING 09 FEBRUARY 2009

One member of the public attended and during the Public Forum session prior to the meeting brought to the Council’s attention the poor turn out at the recent Safer Suffolk presentation. The Chairman explained that as information had arrived too late for publication in the magazine and for mention at the January meeting maximum publicity had been impossible. A poster for the notice board had only arrived a matter of days prior to the meeting.

No items were brought to the attention of the Parish Council this month.

The following items were considered by the Parish Council:
3167/08 Dismantle two Corsican pine The Hall, Queens Street
2289/08 Proposed erection of porch Grove Cottage, Stradbroke
Both the above had approval recommended. Karen Hillen declared a personal interest in item 2289/08, took no part in the discussion and did not vote.
