Village Design Statement - the lost 2012 update

At the Grove Farm consultation this evening Durrants were arguing that a 2012 revision to Stradbroke's village design statement gave them the green light for their proposed development. Nobody including several parish councillors who were present could remember this but Durrants had a copy.
