Happy New Year - 2011!

Happy New Year! First piece of news– we have a new school logo! In the Autumn I consulted our school council who felt the old willow tree logo was outdated. “We don’t even have willow trees any more” one pupil commented. So we took the children’s ideas that we should respect the old logo and have a tree but show adults and pupils too. We then commissioned a new logo to be designed and here it is– an adult supporting a child at the heart of the school (represented by the tree). The school… Continue

PUBLIC MEETING: Stradbroke Library under Threat

There will be a PUBLIC MEETING facilitated by Stradbroke Parish Council on 21 February 2011 at 7.30pm in the Community Centre to discuss the future of the Library and the Courthouse building.
