The Stradbroke Village Website has always had a place for folk to ask questions, and share info with others. Selling something? Doing family history research? Want to ask about something happening in Stradbroke? Want to *advertise* something happening in Stradbroke? Want to tell Stradbroke something?
If you want to have a go, here is the 3 step 'how to' guide:
SIGN UP/LOG IN
Go to the Log In/Sign Up at the top of the page and sign up ( you could add a nice picture of yourself or the logo of your organisation! Or a nice view of Stradbroke... up to you.)
Tip: If you want to sign in as a village organisation, do remember to write the name of the organisation when you sign up, rather than your own name!
TAKE PART
Then click on TAKE PART on the menu, and choose what you want to do: there are 2 forums at the moment - Upcoming Events (Where you can post your upcoming events!) and Say Hello (where everything else can go!).
CREATE NEW POST
Click on the blue 'Create New Post ' button and off you go - fill in a title , add a picture or video and type your text! Don't forget to click on the 'Publish' button at the bottom of the text when you have finished!
You've done it :-) Next time you log in you may see a little bell with a red notification on it - this is telling you if someone has commented on your post!
